This isn't a bedtime yin sequence. I created it when I felt the need to release some emotions, but I didn't feel like getting out of bed. I used 2 pillows on top of each other to create more hight. A prop with more height creates more support and less intense backbends. This sequence is an opportunity to open your heart gently while feeling safe.
