Old Vienna - The World of August Stauda

August Stauda (1861–1928) was the most important documentary photographer of old Vienna. The Wien Museum collection of his works comprises about 3,000 photographs. Along with imperial splendor, Stauda also focused on Vienna’s side stages, recording how people lived around 1900 and preserving views of places which no longer exist.
