Haley Gayoski. Due Date: 11-18-18. This is a cute idea to help transition to different subjects. This idea would work hand and hand when teaching/reviewing verbs. This will allow a "brain break" for the students, while also smoothly transitioning from one subject to another. During this short period of time, the teacher can get materials ready such as worksheets, PowerPoints, etc. I would use this activity in my classroom and have different students pick a stick and lead the class.
Samantha Haskins- Due 11/18/2018 - I really like how this uses pictures to show the students what they will need. This is a great classroom management strategy because it visualizes what the students need to do their work. This will be great for younger students who may not be able to read well yet.
Haley Gayoski. Due Date: November 4, 2018. I like the idea of organizing supplies by group table numbers. By color coding the bin, students will be able to quickly grab their bin for their table. This will hold students responsible for the items in their bins such as scissors, pencils, glue sticks, etc. By having supplies readily available in the bins, students will not have to walk throughout the classroom, which might create disruptions/distractions.

Asdone Hooper 4-22-18 This is an alternative to the traditional form of taking attendance. With this, students are given the responsibility of signing in by tracing their own name each day of the week. The teacher gets attendance, and the student gets extra practice!
Shayna Fehrle 4-22-18 I love this idea. If you create signs for simple questions that are asked everyday you will avoid losing instructional time. This will save a huge amount of time that is usually wasted by calling out and things like that. For the simple ones like bathroom and getting a drink, you can simply nod and they can go with out either of you saying a word.
Victoria Yazwinsky 4/22/18 Love this idea to make students more independent and not always asking the teacher for help.

Christina Colao 11/11/18 I think this is a great idea so students have the options right in front of them at all times. One of the most asked questions in the classroom is, “what do I do when I’m done?”. This solves that. Autism Activities

Anthony Meneo 10/28/18 This Centers organization wall is an effective and colorful way to display where the students are to focus during centers. I personally think that it is invaluable to have such a board in the classroom that clearly defines where the students are to go, as it saves a lot of time redirecting when a teacher could simply say that the students station is on the board. Christina Colao 10.21.18 I love this idea. I honesty wish I saw this when I was creating my discipline plan. I think this is a great idea for giving students warnings. It is better then having to say something to the student. It tells the student to reflect and fix or there will be more consequences. Nicole Olver 10/21/2018 This poster idea for procedures works well because students can memorize what each number means and the teacher can then use the numbers in other areas. For example, when they are on the phone the teacher might say okay class I need you on 1 and the students will know what this means. Classroom Posters, Kindergarten Management, Teacher Posters

Nicole Olver 10/21/2018 These classroom procedures are excellent because they create a simple rhyme for students to remember when transitioning. Rhymes are like music and help students remember things a lot easier than just saying the rules to them.
