That was the "bodyrock bootcamp challenge"! :-) it is soooo great and i really loved it. You can do it easy at home, the only thing you need (i think) are some weights. All the other exercises can be easy modified to do them with out any other equipment. If the videos are to short for you, just do them twice or more ;-)
Day 19 / Restday? - No way! :-D i wanted to try the RTC today. Before i started i didn't knew if this would be a good idea, because the 40 minutes are really challenging. Now i think "it was a very good idea" ;-D i'm sweating like hell, but i feel aaaaawesome! Thx! my sandbag nearly fell down on me during the last chest press, but he is still my friend ;-) have a nice weekend! High 5 ✋
Day 15 - Made the last two days a restday, i had a muscle soreness in my legs and my bottom Todays workout was so hard for me. I felt like my heavy sandbag and my energy was completely gone. But i did my best 1 round of the BC (better than nothing ) changed between two rounds of burpees and two rounds of skipping. Afterwards one round of the burnout. Hope it will be better tomorrow! It is our last week!!! ✋ High five
Day 21 - that was the last video today. Loved it! ;-) It was a great time with you and your team aaand all the bodyrockers :-) thank you sooo much Hope to see you all for the next challenge! I will start the RTC this week :-) High five and have a great week!
Day 17 - didn't liked this workout so much, it is much more motivating to train with you lisa ;-) but all though, it was challenging :-) 8 x 8 - 25:27min. I made normal push ups instead of the elevated ones, because the equalizer is to instabil for me. Loved the burnout today, my arms were burning at the end! Only four days left! ✋ High 5 :-)
Day 16 - my energy and my motivation is back! :-D Two rounds of the BC today and i still feel my legs from last week, but i was better than i thought ;-) I tried again to write my reps down, but sometimes i'm so concentrated that i forget to count :-D See you tomorrow! ✋
Day 12 - awesome workout! i think thats my favorit till now. It is so motivating to write the reps down in the guide to see the effort. During the first round of the bootcamp i thought it is really tough, but when it was over i was thinking about, how it would be to do one more. I had to try it. And it was great! I never felt better! But what i forget every time when i go for one more round, there is the burnout afterwards I was sweating so much but i m so happy - High five bodyrockers✋
Day 11 - lalala...2 rounds (4 ) of the BC workout and 2 rounds of the burnout. Epic! I wasn't really sweating after the first round and it was kind of short, so i had to go for a second round! Then i felt every single muscle Now i will try my selfmade lemon-cucumber-water ☺ High five bodyrockers ✋
Go for it - Day 9 - and my legs are burning sooo much. Thx Did the jump squats till the half of the bootcamp, then i had to changed to skipping, but tried every time to do some jump squats between. The burnout was awesome today! One more high five! ✋
Day 8 - i just say "Yeah yeah yeah!!!" :-D So many people write that they go for 2, 3 or 4 rounds...i tried it today...and i made it!!! 2 rounds of the bootcamp and 1 round of the burnout. The flutter pulse made my abs burning!
Lisa, you are the best! I love every single workout with you. You motivate me sooo much. Day 6 was awesome, the tricep exercises in the burnout killed my arms :-D Now i m going to enjoy the rest of the day and eat a delicious salad and tomato soup :-) and i m happy about the restday tomorrow. but i don t know if i can have one day without one of your workouts ;-D I wish you all a nice day!
