The classic Aussie dish - bbq seafood platter (we make the vegan version). Not many people realise, but grilled or bbq seafood is actually the typical Australian food and would be considered as our national dish. Our seafood is some of the best and cleanest in the world and Aussies LOVE their seafood just as much as they love their fishing - a LOT!! We also don't throw 'shrimp' on the barbie - Aussies eat fresh 'prawns' not shrimp (our Caridea or shrimp are inedible, so they're used as bait).
