Viviana Dal Pozzo on Instagram: "Finocchi al parmigiano golosi e belli croccantini, soprattutto se riesci a non mangiarli subito ad aspettare che si intiepidiscano… lo so, non è semplice 😂 fanno un profumino… e quella crosticinaaaa Salva la ricetta 2 finocchi Parmigiano reggiano abbondante (circa 4 cucchiai colmi) 2 cucchiai di pecorino romano Noce moscata Sale e pepe Olio extra vergine di oliva a sentimento Lava i finocchi e tagliali in 8 parti, sbollentali 4/5 minuti in acqua salata (devono restare croccanti) scolali e lasciali intiepidire. Versa l’olio su una teglia antiaderente, spolvera con parmigiano, pecorino, noce moscata e pepe. Su questo letto poggia i finocchi.
