Earlier this year we provided our students with a variety of Nutrition Healthy Eating Resources to take home. Some decided to start using them the day they were given to track what they ate for breakfast and lunch. Lesson of the day: physical literacy is taught the same way as music, language, and mathematics. It begins with the basics and moves to more complex tasks as the learners master them.
