Lemon pasta with chicken, spinach & tomatoes // In a skillet over low heat, cook the oil, garlic, and crushed pepper until the oil sizzles (7-10 mins). Add lemon juice, cream, & reserved 3 tbs pasta water to the oil mixture. Cook over medium low heat until it bubbles. Add pasta, zest & 3/4 c. Parmesan to the cream sauce. Add chicken, spinach & tomatoes. Top with remaining cheese.
