Simple Moroccan couscous salad

Tabouleh is probably the best-known Arab salad. In Morocco (and generally in North Africa) it is made with couscous, in other countries it is prepared with bulgur instead. All versions have one thing common: they use a lot of parsley. My interpretation is a simple couscous salad with less parsley. It's ready in no time and you only need a few ingredients. It is perfect for a picnic in the park, a barbecue party or simply as a quick lunch or dinner.
