um, its really humbling to find out that youre not in as good of shape and you thought, lol! After ONE round of this, it was quickly brought to my attention! Great workout for sure! I will work on building up to more rounds!
This is a Strength workout routine using a Kettlebell to develop strength and build up muscular mass. -Focus on learning the movement technique, not in the muscle. -Use your entire body to deliver the movement. -Use a weight that is challenging.
Start in a half squat, holding the kettlebell between your knees, arms straight and chest up. Swing the weight overhead, arms straight, and raise your right leg straight out to the side. Return to start and repeat with the left leg. That's one rep.
