Fit and Healthy with Debbie: Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Muffins 2.5c old-fashioned oats, 1c plain low fat Greek yogurt, 2 eggs, 1/2c honey, 2tsp baking powder, 1tsp baking soda, 2 TBSP ground flax seed, 1tsp vanilla, 2 ripe bananas. Use food processor on oats alone ~10 seconds. Add everything else. (*add chocolate chips and/or nuts) Bake for 18-20 min at 400.
