Magical

We finally managed to get to Castle Coch, near Cardiff yesterday. Well worth the visit, a magical Victorian interpretation of a Medieval castle. This detail is from the ceiling of the drawing room, my favourite room of the castle with so much detail to see. Even the walls were painted from top to bottom with scenes from Aesops fables! And over the next week i'll be posting some magical photos of Georgi, taken during a photoshoot we did together on Friday evening at Peto Iford Manor gardens.

A long time ago, while staying in Paris on a work trip, I met the loveliest couple, Victor and Maria Orsenne. At the time they owned a divine little boutique hotel set right between the Eiffel Tower and the bustling food markets of Rue Cler. Well, they have just emailed me to tell me they've purchased a new property – a petit chateau in the Loire called 'Le Manoir'.
