This post really resonated with some teachers. My daughter is now in third grade and I am constantly looking for ways to help her at home. This made me realize that I have not always done the best job of providing my own parents with ways to help their child study at home. $My 8th Grade Math students loved this activity! It was the perfect way to review the angle pairs created by parallel lines cut by a transversal. This was so much better than a math worksheet. $I did this cut & paste Algebraic Proof activity with my Geometry students and they loved it! Such a fun way to work on Algebraic Proofs and the Algebraic Properties of Equality. We glued them in our interactive notebooks and they really seem to help the students remember how to set up Proofs. I will definitely be doing this activity every year when we start the Proof & Reasoning chapter in High School Geometry. Love!!!
