Time for the 300/30 Day Ab Challenge again. I did this challenge almost two years ago and my results were awesome. If you've looked up this workout before chances are you've seen my poison ivy abs. I hated the first four days of this challenge but OMG was it worth it! I've never done any sort of ab workout that got me results as quickly as this one. It was incredible.
