The F-4 Phantom II is an American two-seat all-weather fighter bomber aircraft manufactured by McDonnell Aircraft. The F-4 Phantom with a top speed of over Mach 2.2 was the first multi-service aircraft, flying concomitantly with the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force and U.S Marine Corps.The F-4 was used extensively during the Vietnam War it served as the principal air superiority fighter for both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force.
