I don’t know about you, but I LOVE toasted cheese, so I figured… why not make it into a pizza crust? I gotta tell you, it worked like a charm! You simply bake flat piles of grated parmesan until they become crispy and golden brown, and that creates your easy pizza crust. Next, top with sauce, mozzarella and pepperoni. Bake again for a few minutes, and BAM! Delicious mini pizzas.
