Achy backs are caused by one of two reasons - weak abdominal muscles or back muscles that haven't been given a chance to stretch and strengthen.  Either way, it makes for a pretty miserable experience. Our day to day lives - especially since we've been under quarantine hasn't been very good for our backs.  I created this brief yoga flow sequence for everyone that is suffering from a sore and achy back this morning.
