I want to change this bath floor plan so that the tub is situated perpendicular to the outer window. No more Jack and Jill. The door will open to the main hall and close off the bedroom entrances. I want the hall to be 48". Give me some suggestions?
A word of advice to all DIY home builders, contractors, and home architects... be sure to make enough room so both of the Jack and Jill bathroom doors can be opened at the same time without banging into one another.
We are designing a home ourselves and are still in the CAD stage of the layout. Our house has two Jack and Jill baths. I have attached both below. I am looking for any suggestions on improvement that won't eat into the sq. ft. of the bedrooms on either side. Thanks
