Today I peeled a grapefruit for my mid-afternoon snack. I like grapefruits and I do sometimes eat them like that. But this time, I ate a slice and was done with it. Lol. I didn’t want to let the peeled grapefruit go bad, so I tried to make something with it. Some kind of marmalade. =) For those of you that already like grapefruit, you’ll love this.
