Mostly ELECTRONIC - FREE ENTRY. Open M-Th 8pm - 4am; Fr, Sat 8pm-6am; Sun 8pm-2am. Check out some of Vienna’s hottest underground DJs over relatively inexpensive drinks, seven days a week. Donau also offers a sophisticated light show - the entire space is illuminated with a giant, ever-changing slide projection. Donau lies well hidden behind a grey metal door, speakeasy style. Worth the hunt!
mostly ELECTRONIC, open Fri & Sat only + occasional weekdays, 11pm - 4am. Speaking of old clubs in Vienna, this one was established in 1971. It’s had its ups and downs - for awhile it had a reputation for being a bit of a drug market. Recently a new concept and new program has made the club attractive to the young and beautiful again. Don’t expect strict smoking laws or any kind of strict laws for that matter - go with the flow and bring your street skills.
Mostly electronic - small entry fee after 10pm OPEN Thurs - Sat 10am - 4am; Sun - Weds 10am - 2am. Ever gone clubbing in a museum? Well here’s your chance! The Leopold can be relied on for great dancing and a beautiful crowd. If you get in early, grab a bite at the cafe (they make GREAT hamburgers), or come really early for a lovely brunch.
TITANIC VIENNA Club-Location in Neubau/Mariahilf est. 1982
R’n’B/mixed - usually free entry. Open Fr&Sat 10pm - 4am. Established in 1982, Club Titanic is one of Vienna’s older Discotheques and it is still playing in that spirit. Although they switched their Fridays to “electronic music”, Saturday it is one of the only clubs that plays R’n’B. Go there if you want to escape the Viennese House-and- Breakbeats-only culture. 2 Floors.
