If you are a meat eater, there is no doubt you love crispy chicken. I have not come across one person that dislikes a chicken cutlet or nugget! I frequently make crispy chicken cutlets for my clients that are slightly healthier using gluten free flours, breading, and avocado oil. This is my go to chicken cutlet recipe that is to die for!

Ingredients:
* 2 chicken breast, sliced in half and pounded thin
* Salt and pepper
* 1/2 cup GF flour - I like Bob’s Redmill 1-1 GF flour
* 1/2 cup GF Panko breadcrumbs - Alieias is the best brand

Cook in a medium to low heat until the veggies have started to soften. Add a tsp of paprika and a tsp of oregano and mix. Add 150g of dried pasta, 1 jar of butter beans (any other type of bean would work well too), 1 tin of tomatoes and 750ml of vegetable stock. Cook on a medium low heat until the pasta is cooked. Serve and top with nutritional yeast (or Parmesan), basil and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. #m

When making stovetop macaroni and cheese you don’t need a big pot full of boiling water. Use about 1 cup water per cup of pasta and do not drain! 
Boil water and salt.  Add macaroni. Stir as needed and let cook for around 6 minutes or until al dente. Turn heat to low and add milk, pepper, cream cheese, shredded cheese. Stir, simmer, and serve immediately. Here are the exact measurements I use: 
🧀Half Box recipe

How to make super crispy GF Chicken Cutlets!

If you are a meat eater, there is no doubt you love crispy chicken. I have not come across one person that dislikes a chicken cutlet or nugget! I frequently make crispy chicken cutlets for my clients that are slightly healthier using gluten free flours, breading, and avocado oil. This is my go to chicken cutlet recipe that is to die for!

Ingredients:
* 2 chicken breast, sliced in half and pounded thin
* Salt and pepper
* 1/2 cup GF flour - I like Bob’s Redmill 1-1 GF flour
* 1/2 cup GF Panko breadcrumbs - Alieias is the best brand
* 2 tsp italian seasoning
* 2 tsp Garlic powder

If you need a go-to weeknight chicken dinner that gives you fool proof, juicy and flavorful chicken every time- this is it! Sear on the stove and finish in the oven in 20 min or less and get dinner on the table.

Here’s what you need 👇
* 4 Chicken Breasts
* 2 tbsp Olive Oil
* 1 Lemon juiced
Blackening Seasoning
* 2 tbsp Paprika
* 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
* 1 tbsp Onion Powder
* 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
* 1 tbsp Dried Oregano
* 2 tsp Black Pepper
* 1 tsp Salt
* 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

After the first initial sear, flip the chicken and then place it in a 365 F. oven for 10 min or until the chicken reaches 165 F internal. I recommend a 5-10 min rest and a fresh squeeze of lemon before slicing. Enjoy! 💙 -L
