Fishball Story opened last year and has quickly become a favourite hawker stall at Golden Mile Food Centre. 24 year old chef/owner Douglas offers a soupless noodle, which I preferred, and a soup noodle which was tamer in flavour. Both come with homemade sambal chili and crispy bits of pork fat... delicious. Still thinking about this amazing Teochew fried Kway Teow with diced Kai lan at Chui Huay Lim Teochew Cuisine restaurant in Singapore. The "wok hay" (food which captures the breath of a well seasoned and heated wok) was just lifting off the dish even before it landed on the lazy susan.
