Chocolate mousse with butterscotch schnaps topped with Maltesers and toasted walnuts. I made this dessert the other night for my GF. I had never made dessert before let alone a choc mousse but decided to jazz it up a littlw with a few other ingredients with the schnaps for a little kick, ans added crushed maltsers and walnuts for a bit of crunch to balance out rich mousse. Success!
Individual chocolate mousse parfaits, ,are topped with fresh whipped cream and served in tall shot glasses. Spoons are tied to each glass with a green ribbon. Have the ribbon coordinate with your buffet tablecloth.
