This is sort of how I imagine Zsigmond and his bride Anna Terk. The ship is similar to ones that would have been in port in Pola at the time they met. But I am fairly certain that Zsigmond would have been sporting a bushy Hungarian moustache.
Édes Zsigmond, born in Vukovar in 1862, met and married Anna Terk in Pola, Hungary (now Pula Croatia) in 1885. Thier children were born in Budapest 1886, Miskolc 1887, Kolzsvár 1891 and Nagyenyed (Arad, Romania). Zsigmond worked as a mechanic and then telegraph supervisor for the railway.
