"Dancing on a Cloud " is a romance song that was deleted from Disney's 1950 animated film, Cinderella. The original concept for the meeting between Cinderella and Prince Charming, for which this song was written involved the two becoming so enthralled with one another, they began to feel as if they were up in the clouds and would have depicted them as such. However, the concept was eventually dropped and the song was replaced by So This is Love.
