Cowgirl Burgers 2 lbs of organic ground beef, buffalo, or turkey 1 egg white 4 T coconut aminos ½ C diced red onions ½ C diced (tiny tiny) zucchini ½ C diced (tiny tiny) red peppers ½ tsp jalapeno flakes     8 patties  grill or bake   Phase 1   lunch with pineapple and ½ of an Ezekiel bun or dinner w/brown rice Phase 2  wrapped in lettuce w/ lime dressing and  jalapenos Phase 3  w/ Ezekiel bun for dinner ,diced avocado, lettuce, a touch of safflower mayo, pickles and mustard
