After a long hike, bike ride up the mountain you can rest your muscles and replenish at one of the many mountain alms that serve Pinzgauer specialities. Our favourites are Pinzgauer Kasnocken (Austrian cheesy dumplings) Kaiserschmarren (Emperor's pancakes- fit for a King) Gröstl (bacon, onion, potato fry up) Goulash And pictured here...
